Venus LIVE is an Adult Social & Livestreaming platform for adults aged 18 and over.
Our commitment
Venus LIVE, an Adult Social & Livestreaming platform, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses the platform to do the same. We respond to valid copyright notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable South African law.
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the content, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
How to report infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or act for one, and believe content on Venus LIVE infringes your work, send us a notice using the form on this page. It must include the details below.
Your notice must describe your work, give links to the content on Venus LIVE that you want removed, give your contact details, state that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and state under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner. The form collects all of this.
What happens next
We review each notice and act promptly on valid ones. The person who posted the content is told and may send a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake. We may restore the content if the counter-notice is valid and you do not start legal action within 10 to 14 business days.
Knowingly sending a false notice can make you legally liable for damages. Please make sure the content really infringes your rights before you report it.
Counter-notices and other questions
For a counter-notice, or any question about this policy, email support@venuslive.co.za with the subject “DMCA”.
