Use your stage name only. Never share your home or work address, your area or the places you go.
Your phone and WhatsApp
Never give out your cell or WhatsApp number, and never move a conversation to WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat or any other app.
Your socials and ID
Keep your email address, social media accounts, ID number and passport private. Never send a photo of any document.
Your moneyNever share your banking details
No banking details in chat
Never send your bank account number, card number, PIN, OTP or online banking password to anyone, even if they say they want to pay you.
Pay and get paid on Venus LIVE
Use coins for every tip, show and purchase. Models withdraw earnings only from their own Wallet page.
Spot the scam
Promises of big payments, requests for “a small fee first”, gift cards or crypto are scams. Stop replying and report them.
Your comfortYou are always in control
Never do anything that makes you uncomfortable
You never have to do any act, show or request you are not happy with, no matter how much is offered. No means no.
End it at any time
You can stop a chat, a show or a stream whenever you want. You do not owe anyone an explanation.
Pressure is a red flag
Threats, guilt trips or pushing you past your limits are not okay. Stop engaging and report the person.
The lawNever commit an illegal act
Breaking these rules gets your account closed immediately, and we report illegal activity to the authorities.
Adults only
Everyone on Venus LIVE must be 18 or older, including anyone who appears on camera. Nobody under 18 may ever be shown or involved.
Consent from everyone
Only stream or sell content of yourself, or of other adults who are verified and have agreed. Never share images or videos of anyone without their consent.
No meetings for payment
Never offer or arrange to meet anyone in person for money or gifts. Venus LIVE is an online platform only.
No drugs, weapons or violence
Never use, sell or promote illegal drugs or weapons, and never show or encourage violence or self-harm on stream.
No recording or reselling
Never screen record, download or redistribute another person’s stream, photos or videos. Their content belongs to them.
No trafficking or exploitation
Nobody may stream or work on behalf of someone else who controls them or takes their earnings.
Contact outside Venus LIVE
Venus LIVE will not be held responsible for any correspondence, payment, meeting or arrangement made outside this platform. Anything that happens off Venus LIVE is at your own risk.

If something does not feel right, tell us. Use the reporting tools on Venus LIVE: every report is treated confidentially and reviewed by our team.

In any live room, tap the warning icon and choose a reason, such as “Looks under 18” or “Not consenting / forced”. You can also email support@venuslive.co.za.
Someone may be forced or controlled
If you believe anyone is being made to do things against their will, or is controlled by someone who takes their earnings, report it straight away. Every report is taken seriously.
We report it to the authorities
Suspected human trafficking or exploitation is reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline and the South African Police Service. You can also call the Hotline yourself, free and confidentially, on 0800 222 777, or SAPS on 10111 in an emergency.
Look after yourselfHealthy habits
- Set yourself a spending limit before you buy coins, and stick to it.
- Take regular breaks from streaming and chatting.
- Check your camera shot before you go live: no post, documents, street signs or windows that show where you are.
- Log out on shared devices, and never share your Venus LIVE password.
